I was looking for a broker to assist me with my borrowing capacity for a construction of an investment property due to take place later on this year.

Eric did an amazing job to secure a loan for our first owner occupied home, especially since prior to reaching out for his services we thought we had hit a brick war due to the tighter lending environment.
